Percotop® CS920 – 2K PUR MS Polyurethane

PercoTop® PUR is a versatile, 2 Pack polyurethane topcoat designed for painting in a wide variety of industries including construction, architectural and general industry such as furniture, signs, building interiors and exteriors, windows and doors, industrial machinery.

PercoTop® PUR offers flexibility gloss levels by using PercoTop® Matting agent CS204, giving up to five different gloss levels from matt to high gloss. PercoTop® PUR Matt comes at the lowest possible gloss: very matt and dead matt.

This polyurethane technology is the best option for industrial applications where a smooth finish is required, combined with long lasting weather resistance and excellent chemical resistance.

Percotop® CS911 – 2K DTM (Direct to Metal Topcoat)

PercoTop® 911 is a direct to metal 2 Pack polyurethane topcoat designed for a wide variety of industries including construction and architectural, plant and equipment, printing, metal cutting machinery, metal fencing and highways infrastructure.

PercoTop® 911 is designed to be applied direct to metal without the need for a primer. A fast and cost effective alternative to conventional two stage applications. PercoTop® 911 is backed by broad selection of activators, reducers and additives, allowing flexibility in application and drying .

Key attributes are excellent adhesion and corrosion protection on all types of metal substrates e.g. steel, aluminium and galvanised steel. The high mechanical resistance makes this topcoat the ideal choice for cost effective industrial applications.

PercoTop® 911 boosts productivity: the use of an adhesion primer is not required, which results in significant labour and process cost savings. PercoTop® 911 can be applied, interior as well as exterior.

PercoTop® CS970 – 2K HS Polyurethane 9700

PercoTop® 9700, is a 2 Pack, high solids topcoat which achieves the highest standards in gloss and durability. Full film build can be achieved in 1 or 1.5 passes thanks to its optimised flow, increasing workshop productivity and increasing paintshop throughput. There are a wide variety of activators and thinners suited to various equipment and climatic conditions ensure optimum results every time.

PercoTop® 9700 can be used in a wide variety of industry applications. Its highly durable finish offers excellent mechanical resistance which makes it a natural choice for many applications e.g. plant and equipment, machinery, agricultural implements, high value fabrications, signs, street furniture. PercoTop® 9700 can also deliver a wide range of gloss levels, from matt to high gloss and offers a wide colour range.

PercoTop® 9700 boosts paintshops productivity and offers good flow, reduced application time, very short drying times and lower material consumption.

PercoTop® CS944/949 – 2K Textured Finish449

PercoTop®449, the high performance topcoat solution from Axalta. PercoTop® 449 is a silicone-free, structured, 2 Pack polyurethane ideally suited to many industry sectors including construction and heavy industry such as buildings framework, printing, metal cutting and other industrial machinery.

PercoTop®449 Structure finish is also available in full matt, with excellent stability and without the loss of coarseness due to the matting. PercoTop® 449 is available in a vast range of colours.

A wide range of textures, from coarse to fine, can be obtained by changing the application parameters. PercoTop® 449 can also be applied in a smooth flat finish after the addition of thinner. The excellent flow control makes high layer thickness possible: a must when a robust coating is needed.

PercoTop® 449 polyurethane quality outperforms other products thanks to exceptional long lasting chemical and physical resistance. It is fast curing too.

PercoTop® CS950 Acryl 100 – 2K Acrylic

PercoTop® Acryl 100 meets the highest demands on appearance and colour. PercoTop® Acryl 100 is a versatile, comprehensive 2 Pack solvent-borne acrylic topcoat, designed for painting high-end furniture, advertising fascias, bicycles and any industrial object requiring a first-class finish.

PercoTop® Acryl 100 is extremely suitable for painting design objects with small production runs as colours can easily be changed. Designers get a wide range of options thanks to the large choice of available colours, gloss levels and structures.

The key attributes are excellent UV-resistance, combined with an ultra smooth, premium quality finish without orange peel.

PercoTop® CS955 – 1K Acryl 55

PercoTop® Acryl 55, the solvent-borne elastic topcoat from Axalta, is particularly recommended for painting plastics. PercoTop® Acryl 55 is an air drying 1-component solvent-borne topcoat based on thermoplastic acrylic resins designed for painting fascias, light switches, lampshades and is available in a wide range of colours.

The main strengths of PercoTop® Acryl 55 are high elasticity for excellent adhesion on plastics, good UV stability for exterior usage and very fast drying which boosts efficiency.

PercoTop® Acryl 55 can be used directly on many plastics like Plexi (PMMA), polycarbonate and polystyrene, without the use of an adhesion primer. It can even be used as a primer in combination with other PercoTop® topcoats to create special effects.

PercoTop® CS956 – 1K Acrylic

PercoTop® 1K Acrylic is a 1 Pack solvent-based topcoat based on thermoplastic acrylic resins, providing a fast, high-quality solution for smooth decorative applications. PercoTop® 1K Acrylic is specially developed to be filled in spray cans or to be used for end of line repairs with small sprayguns.

As PercoTop® 1K Acrylic can easily be applied on scuffed powder coatings, it is the preferred solution for small repairs, like scratches on any powder coated objects such as window frames and doors. Whenever there is a need for fast and easy 1K industrial applications with a smooth finish, we recommend PercoTop® 1K Acrylic. It is perfect for painting interior decorative objects as it is very fast drying and has a high elasticity.

PercoTop® 1K Acrylic is available in a wide range of gloss levels and colours. Structured powder coatings can easily be matched as it can be mixed with the PercoTop® structure additives. PercoTop® 1K Acrylic can also be applied on primed surfaces or cured OEM finish.

PercoTop® CS958 – 1K Basecoat

PercoTop® Basecoat, the heat resistant solvent-based basecoat from Axalta, is the ideal choice for high quality clear over base industrial painting jobs. PercoTop® CS958 is a special industrial basecoat, based on acrylic and polyester resins, designed for painting bicycles, high-end furniture, signs shopfittings and any object requiring special design colours.

PercoTop® CS958 Basecoat offers designers a wide range of options thanks to the availability of metallics and pearls.

Another benefit of PercoTop® Basecoat is the high temperature colour stability. This makes PercoTop® Basecoat particularly suitable to be overcoated with powder clearcoat’s without yellowing or discoloration. It can be used in combination with a powder primer as well.

PercoTop® Basecoat can be taped-off quickly, which makes it ideal for multi-toning: common practice when painting bicycles. PercoTop® Basecoat can be applied using all usual coating processes such as conventional, HVLP, high-pressure, airless or airmix. PercoTop® Basecoat meets all industrial finishing requirements for clear over base applications.

PercoTop® CS980 EP – 2K Epoxy

PercoTop® EP is a 2 Pack robust solvent-based topcoat for heavy duty industrial painting jobs. PercoTop® EP is a hard-wearing 2 Pack epoxy topcoat and ideally suited where protection is the key requirement, typically structures and objects exposed to sever environments and where chemicals are present, it can be used for floor coating.

Key attributes are excellent mechanical and chemical resistance and surface hardness. Optimum adhesion levels are achieved when used in accordance with PercoTop® primers or applied on fully cured old finish. PercoTop® EP can be applied using all the usual coating processes.

This air-drying technology is the best option for industrial applications where a smooth finish is required, combined with easy application, very fast drying and good opacity.

PercoTop® NKL can be applied on primed surfaces or cured OEM finish.

PercoTop® NKL is available in a wide range of gloss levels and colours.

PercoTop® CS991 KH – 1K topcoat for smooth industrial applications

PercoTop® KH is a 1 Pack, solvent-based topcoat based on alkyd resins, providing a more economical alternative to 2 Pack polyurethane paints. PercoTop® KH has been specially developed to respond to the needs of industries involved in construction and general industry such as interior and exterior building framework, heating and ventilation pipelines, ironwork, etc.

PercoTop® KH is available in a wide range of gloss levels and colours.

This air-drying technology is the best choice for industrial applications where a smooth finish is required, combined with easy application, fast drying and high opacity but with less resistance to weathering and chemicals than PercoTop® PUR quality.

PercoTop® KH is not suitable for the architectural market with Qualicoat requirements.

PercoTop® KH can be applied on primed surfaces or cured OEM finish.

PercoTop® CS992 KH140 – 1 Pack Topcoat

PercoTop® KH140 is a high bake1 Pack topcoat based on alkyd-melamine resins, specially developed for curing at high oven temperatures. PercoTop® KH140 is mainly used in industry for painting metal furniture like office cupboards, chairs, filing cabinets etc. PercoTop® KH140 is a natural choice for powder coaters looking for a wet paint alternative instead of powder for small production runs as colours can easily be changed and high oven temperatures can be kept. This high bake technology is the perfect quality for smooth industrial applications, available in a wide range of gloss levels, combined with the best mechanical properties and protection. The curing temperature can be set across a wide range, allowing the product to be used in many different types of installations.

PercoTop® KH140 can be applied on liquid or powder primed surfaces and on cured OEM finish, It can even be overcoated with a powder clearcoat, allowing maximum flexibility. PercoTop® KH140 meets the most high-temperature smooth industrial finishing requirements for interior and exterior applications.
